interface II

So we're into the sixth version of my blog after the last version hung around for a year or so.

Now, a bit of info on this image. This photo was taken one lovely spring afternoon, featuring the iconic Old Well from the UNC Chapel Hill campus. I would like to think of this image as a tribute to my time in UNC Chapel Hill, the awesome friends I made and the memories I now hold dear.

A milestone in my life indeed.

I've dropped the tagboard cos its useless and taking eons to load. But thanks to Angela who helped me set it up, I still do like and will miss the pink interface.

So yeah, it's the sixth one you fellas!

Yours.

So I sent jess off on a late night flight to Melbourne yesterday, a sign that this long summer is beginning its deceleration to a transition to a new academic year. Particularly significant, cos jess' is heading back for her last semester, to a city which I'm sure holds bitter sweet memories for her.

And to many of my friends, they would be embarking on their final year in university, a rush to complete 16 years of formal education, yet a little hesitant to take a step into the mad rush of the world once all this is over and done with.

As I was talking to shujun yesterday, aka mooncake, we realised how things are different, that when we meet now, we convene at pubs and clubs and such. Where did those days meeting up in town or at KAP go? Seriously, I cannot believe that these things have gone into memory as a very "RV" or "NJ" thing to do. Which cannot be true either.

Any oh how, here are some snap shots of the holidays so far, those that didnt make it to the previous entries: the collage I made for Jess to bring back to Melbourne, me and angela when she visited me during Commencement, with jess and hani, hanging out with the UNC people, sending vic off, cafe iguana-ing, the last wala before vic left.
