interface II

So we're into the sixth version of my blog after the last version hung around for a year or so.

Now, a bit of info on this image. This photo was taken one lovely spring afternoon, featuring the iconic Old Well from the UNC Chapel Hill campus. I would like to think of this image as a tribute to my time in UNC Chapel Hill, the awesome friends I made and the memories I now hold dear.

A milestone in my life indeed.

I've dropped the tagboard cos its useless and taking eons to load. But thanks to Angela who helped me set it up, I still do like and will miss the pink interface.

So yeah, it's the sixth one you fellas!

jess bday blog

And to celebrate her birthday (which is today but celebrated on fri), we headed off first to Arab Street, where we had some really exotic and great tasting Turkish/Middle Eastern food. The ambience and place was cool as well, and I really think that the Arab Street area has great potential for renewal.

After which we said goodbye to our non-alcohol consuming best friend and made our way to MOS where we partied in optimal fun mode.

Optimal fun actually means we didnt get ourselves pissed drunk or even high, but we had loads of fun dancing - where ever we wanted to. Funny how our conversation of the night centered around how we are all 23 and old, listening to 987fm can be quite a pain to the ears and we rather settle for just class95 instead. It was funny cos, the photos above were taken in Smoove, the RnB room, where we had some fun at first, till the music became too loud and too trashy.
That's until we got to the....

Retro Room!
We instantly litted up. Dancing balls, sat-fever-night-like dance floor - we finally found and affirmed the place where we belonged.

Awesome night out I must say, a first for not having me high and silly in a club and embarrassing everyone.
