So we're into the sixth version of my blog after the last version hung around for a year or so.

Now, a bit of info on this image. This photo was taken one lovely spring afternoon, featuring the iconic Old Well from the UNC Chapel Hill campus. I would like to think of this image as a tribute to my time in UNC Chapel Hill, the awesome friends I made and the memories I now hold dear.

A milestone in my life indeed.

I've dropped the tagboard cos its useless and taking eons to load. But thanks to Angela who helped me set it up, I still do like and will miss the pink interface.

So yeah, it's the sixth one you fellas!

Here's a entry of thanks.

Meeting up with Jackie, Pee Wee and Yvonne was first on the agenda the day after my last paper, and thanks for the love gift (also from ShiMin and PeiJun!) and the great afternoon out.
The next night was spent with Geraldine, where we ate tze-char at the coffeeshop across our estate over Chardonnay which she brought out. And many thanks for the wine opener, I should think it'll be put to good use in the states.

Then it was dinner with Mr fa-ge and junhan on fri, no photos but it must have been eons since I last saw fa.

Weekend was madness. As you probably already know.

Monday was with my bestest friends of all time - Vic and mooncake. Really thankful that vic got a day off to spend time with me and mooncake for giving me that lovely skin lotion which I'm sure I'll need in winterland.

Supper on Monday with Kaixin and Yifang at our local prata place. They must be the longest surviving friends I have - 14 years!

And lastly, yesterday was spent with my bro Jon and catching up with the girls from the now defunct V Tea Room (aka The Cookie M\useum today). And thanks to the kitchen team for specially baking my favourite White Choc Macademia cake knowing that I was dropping by yest (It was actually taken off the menu already!).

Dinner with my closests - Nev, Jess and Hani at Royal Plaza on Scotts. The food was omg so good.
And managing to slip in supper with Junhan. Good chat there.

Not forgetting everyone else sending their love. Wendy for your lip balm. Jiaxin for your card. And everyone coming to the airport tonight. I'll probably post the photos up in Tokyo.

Tonight I take my leave. I try not to get overly sentimental about it, but I guess the fact I'm feeling mildly this way really shows how great the people around me are.
